Kadrinka Kadrinova is one of the established international journalists in Bulgaria. She was born in Rome. She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Sofia University "St. Kl. Ohridski”. She has more than 40 years of continuous experience as a journalist in the media.
She has worked in the newspapers "Narodna Mladezh", "Dialog", "24 Hours", "Sega", "Monitor", she was deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine "Tema". She was an editor of the "Horizont" program of the Bulgarian National Radio, commentator on the "Barikada" website, responsible editor of the website of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists. She is the author of thousands of publications that have appeared over the years in these and many other media.
She is the author of the books “Under the Sky of Matagalpa” (1987), “Romances in Global Blood” (2005), “Vietnam - phoenix and dragon” (2009 and 2010 - expanded English edition) and “The magic Vietnam” (2020). She has been a long-time chairperson of the Association of Spanish-Speaking Journalists in Bulgaria. She is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists and a member of the Union of Bulgarian Writers.
She has won a number of national and foreign journalism and literary awards. She has been awarded the Order of Friendship by Vietnam (2010), the Order of Friendship by Cuba (2012) and the Officer's Cross of the Order of Civil Service by Spain (2017).
